What's going down at the Buckle & Boots Ball?
Saddle up for mechanical bull rides, barrel racing, some wild games, and naturally a whole lotta two steppin! Here’s to hoping you dodge the Sheriff’s Office all evening!
Get ready to chow down on delicious grub as Woodchips will be preparing delicious BBQ for all you buckaroos! Complete with the best drinks around being poured. Some scrumptious sweet treats and late night nibbles will keep you dancing all night.
What look you goin’ for with this semi-formal Buckle & Boots Ball? Go for full-on cowboy/cowgirl!
Cowboys, don your finest jeans, a snazzy collared button-up, the kind with those fancy pearl snaps, your sharpest boots, the biggest belt buckle you earned riding the wildest bull for 8 seconds at the rodeo, and top it all off with your finest fur felt hat.
Cowgirls, let your vibrant and bold outfit dazzle and dance! Whether you're twirling a classic denim skirt or a glitzy western dress, let your personality pop with every detail of fringe, floral, and metallic touches. Complete your kickin’ outfit with a pair of snazzy boots, an amazing hat, and some extra bling!

Things To Know:
This is a semi-formal event! Western Wear is required.
Must be 21 years of age
Firemen's Ball: Doors open 5:00 pm, doors close at 11:00 pm
Dinner will be at 6
The Jail will run from 5-8:30
Professional Photos will run from 5-6 & 6:45-7:30
Bull Rides from 5-9
Hats & Buckle Game will Follow Dinner (For those that have been before, the necklace heads & tails game.)
Barrel Races to follow Hats & Buckle Game
After the Races, we will two-step the night away!
Bring cash- there will be fundraising games to be played
Tickets include: Dinner, 2 drink tickets, dessert bar, 1 bull ride, Professional Photo By Andrea’s Aperture Photography, 1 entry into the Grand Entry Prizes, and late-night snack provided by VG’s Grocery.
Dinner will be created by Woodchips BBQ
What delicious options are on the menu?
Entrees: Pulled Pork, and Chicken Quarters
Sides: Coleslaw, Mac and Cheese, House Salad, and Rolls
Dessert includes cupcakes (Sweet Beas Baking), Cookies, 7 layer bars (Davison Home Bakery)!
Drinks will be poured by wonderful bartenders from 5:00 pm till last call at 10:45 pm. 2 drink tickets are included with your ticket and will be $2 a drink after that.

We wouldn’t be able to provide support to our firefighters and community without your help. Funds raised will go toward scene relief programs for firefighters, community outreach and support programming, and allow the DRFD Auxiliary to assist the Davison-Richfield Fire Department with events, such as the annual open house.
